Today students began by making music on their instruments. We played up to number 4 in their method books!
Students then had a mini lesson on sentence structure, looking specifically at subjects and predicates.
First we looked at the sentence below:
Lenna and Jessa went for a walk.
Lenna and Jessa = subject / went for a walk = predicate
Students then looked at a list of sentences and as a class we underlined the subjects and circled the predicates.
We will continue on with this tomorrow!
