Once students had some time to finish up their plot webs, we did a short story quick write. We watched the link below and then I demonstrated how to finish the task.

Students were then given the following words to complete their own short story quick write:
movie, dinosaur, closet, drum, pumpkin, towards, dark, magic, running, gravy, alien, angry
Students then shared their stories. They were very funny!
