Students then became journalists and had to come up with a question to ask Iqbal (me), as I sat in the hot seat. The questions should have shown that reading had in fact taken place.
Students were then given 20 minutes to complete one of the following tasks:
Answer: What effect do you think Iqbal's rebellion will have on the children in the factory?
OR
Write a journal entry about something you believe in as much as Iqbal believed in freeing the bonded children.
OR
Create a visual representation of Iqbal and the children in the tomb.
Finally, we began reading chapter 8 together and this will be due for homework.
HOMEWORK: Read all of chapter 8 in Iqbal.
