This afternoon students took down notes on the forces of confederation.

Students reviewed the 1837-38 Rebellions as well as the Act of Union and its political implications for Canada East and West.

We then read a document which was scribed while John A Macdonald was speaking in 1878.  He addresses his National Policy in this speech.

Students will be quizzed on this material on Thursday.
