Today students completed a quiz on chapter three from Of Mice and Men.  Students then judged their own progress by answering the following questions:
Were you successful?
Why or why not?
What could you do better for next class?
Could the teacher help you more in any way?
What is your goal for next class?

Students were then asked in groups to generate personality identity webs for characters in the novel.  Students then shared their ideas with the rest of the class.  Students were then able to use this information to complete their own character sketches for the characters discussed in class.
