African Drumming and Dance

Today we began our sessions with Sasha and Koca.  We were wowed by the spectacular rhythms and intriguing instruments introduced by the fantastic duo!

We invite all parents and community members to watch our upcoming concert at Madeira Park Elementary School this coming Tuesday, June 21st at 1:00 pm.

Now that the Canuck Hockey schedule is set, we can confirm our concert date for Tuesday June 14 at 7 pm.

Today we discussed the facts surrounding Canadian government instituted residential schools.  We look forward to Noelle's visit this coming Thursday.
